Q. How do I Contact ScoreMasters?

A. Select the CONTACT link and you will find our mailing address, telephone number and email. Our email is checked frequently throughout the day.

Q. How do I subscribe to your service?

A. Click on the CONTACT link and email ScoreMasters. A representative will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your needs.

Q. How do I set up new members?

A. Email ScoreMasters with the following information: club #, first and last name -- within 24 hours you will receive account numbers for your new members.

Q. How do I remove members from my organization?

A. Email ScoreMasters with the following information: club #, first and last name -- and they will be removed from your organization.

Q. How do I enter rounds of golf?

Have your Handicap Card or Journal Report available to find your account number.

  • click on "Members Only"
  • Enter your account # and password that the administrator has given you
  • You'll be directed to the members home page
  • Click on Post Scores

Q. I forgot my password?

Have your Handicap Card or Journal Report for account number.

Q. I need to have some scores fixed, they are wrong?

A. Select CONTACT link and notify us of the round(s) that need to be fixed. Supply your account number, date of the round, and what needs to be fixed.

Q. When I received my processing, I have members with no handicap card?

A. Check the journal report and see if a handicap has been established. A member must have 5 rounds of golf posted before a handicap is issued.

Q. On the Quality Assurance Report I have NO MEMBER FOUND message for some entries.

A. That means a member number was entered wrong. Verify the account number to your journal report.

Q. On the Quality Assurance Report I have MEMBER NOT ACTIVE message.

A. The member is on the system but you have asked us to remove them which results in them having an INACTIVE status. If they are INACTIVE no scores can be posted for them and they will receive no handicap card.

Q. We have a tournament coming up and need to have the cards and reports dated a certain way.

A. Contact ScoreMasters at least a week before you need a processing such that we can accommodate your needs. You are entitled to 1 special processing during the season.

Q. I received my billing but there are members that have had no activity and some members that are no longer in the league.

A. You are charged a flat fee for every member that is active at the time of the billing. ScoreMasters must be NOTIFIED prior to the billing if you want members removed - NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE INITIAL BILLING HAS BEEN PROCESSED.

Q. Do you process 9 Hole Handicaps?

A. Yes. ScoreMasters will establish a 9-hole handicap for your members.

Q. Our league just wants to process a Monthly Run, but ScoreMasters processes every two weeks

A. ScoreMasters processes the 2nd and 4th week of every month, therefore post your scores on just the 2nd or 4th week, and you will receive just your monthly processing.

Q. Can I post scores for another member?

A. Unless ScoreMasters is notified that you are an administrator, only your scores can be posted. Very strict security measures have been enacted to preserve the integrity of the information.

Q. I am an administrator of my league, but can only post my scores and cannot post any of my other members scores

A. This means that you have not notified ScoreMasters that you are an administrator. Select CONTACT link and send email to us with your name and account number. We will then verify our records and set you up with administrator capability.
